Shipping policy

We utilize UPS as our shipping carriers. Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product selection, order weight, and destination zip code. While we strive to process orders promptly, please be aware that we do not ship orders on the same day they are placed. Shipping details, including the date, method, carrier, and associated charges, are normally confirmed with accepting the order. If, within 24 hours of order submission, we become aware of any issues that may delay shipment, this will be communicated with you.

We are not responsible for orders not received on time due to incorrect shipping addresses or temporary addresses such as hotels, resorts, or rental homes. Any re-routing costs incurred will be the buyer's responsibility. Carriers charge for address corrections or changes, and a fee of $15.00 will be billed for any address changes. Ensure you provide a complete physical shipping address, including the business name if shipping to a workplace.

Overnight Air delivery is required for all perishable items like Boerewors, Pork Bangers, Sausage Rolls, and Meat Pies, which are shipped frozen for delivery within 24 hours. (Next Day Ground shipping is available to NC, SC, and GA) Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the provided address.

Although chocolates are securely packed in insulated containers, we recommend that, if shipped in the hot summer months, expedited shipping is recommended.
